"Kulanka" (assembly in somali langauge) is a former warehouse near the railways, occupied in 2008 by a group of somali refugees together with an association that helps people without home, and gived, in 2009 , for free temporary loan for use to an association of refugees, in according to a deal signed together with the city mayor.
